All prices in our website are Retail price. To obtain wholesale price, you need to register with your Tax Identification and State of your Business License Issue. For Wholesale minimum of $ 500.

Shipping policy:

All order can be shipped from our office in USA, or Bali, subject to confirmation. All goods will be shipped via Postal Service, DHL and UPS with tracking number. Shipping cost for within USA will be charged flat rate of $24.00 per shipment. Destination outside USA subject to confirmation. We strongly recommend to add shipping insurance to your order, will be charged subject to confirmation. We are not responsible for uninsured orders that will be lost, damaged or undelivered. All orders will be responded within 2X24. Delivery time for international orders is 4 to 7 business days. International buyers are fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, including any tariffs and duties.

Returns and exchanges:

If you not happy with your purchase for any reason, please return the jewelry within 30 days and we will exchange or refund the purchase price. A refund will be issued within 7 business days from the date of receiving back your order in the form the payment was received. The jewelry must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way. We do not cover the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged or broken due to our company negligence. The jewelry should be mailed in a box, not an envelope as the jewelry may be crushed in an envelope. We will credit your account for the amount of the returned jewelry, and then charge you for the replacement silver jewelry and your new jewelry will be on its way to your door. If you would like your jewelry to be exchanged faster – just order your new jewelry online and also, at the same time, mail your returned jewelry to us. Your new jewelry will arrive within 2-3 business days, and, when we receive your returned jewelry, we will credit your card for the amount of purchase.
